ta da! travel approval!

yesterday i got a call from fei, who was in complete shock that my travel approval arrived. (it took 50 days- but who is counting...) they thought it was going to be a few more weeks. it looks like we will travel in early june, i have to leave the u.s. by june 7 in order to have enough time to see guilin before going to fuzhou to meet hazel on june 12. there will be three families in our group, all adopting waiting children. dr susan will be traveling with us in china. i'm happy she's coming- there will be more interesting shopping, food and foot massages with her there. even though i have been a big whiner about the wait, now it feels like there is not enough time to get it all done! the fact that i am going to be away from ruby for that long is just now sinking in.
