the pity party

referrals from china have slowed to a snail's pace. this month was particularly disappointing since heidi was hoping to get hers after 2 years and 2 months of waiting ever so patiently. alas it was not to be. the ccaa referred up to january 9, 2006. her log in date was january 10. we decided to have a spontanious party - to help pass the time and look towards next month when she WILL finally see the face of her daughter and begin to plan for travels to china, and becoming a mom at last! here are a few snaps from our night.
